Water palaver
• WE are very sorry that some people are having problems in Queen’s Park Court.
There has been an ongoing problem with water pressure in this area. On Wednesday, we asked Thames Water to provide standpipe and bottled water because we were aware that residents had no water and letters were distributed to all residents affected.
We’re working closely with Thames Water to try and get this sorted as quickly as possible.
CityWest Homes has now replaced the pipe work in the hope that this will improve the situation.
However, the water pressure remains low and Thames Water are investigating why this is the case. We have written to residents affected and will continue to keep them informed.
