Central London council anyone?

• I’M beginning to wonder if there is a case for a separate council for the central London area, since neither Westminster nor Camden seem to care, except for (a) enhancing its shopping and tourist appeal, and (b) extracting money from it. Residents just don’t seem to get a look in. But then I’m biased!
