Green flags for West End

WESTMINSTER has won eight Green Flags for its public squares and gardens.
The prestigious flags, which are only awarded to parks and open spaces considered outstanding by the Civic Trust, have been bestowed on a number of sites including Soho and Paddington and a cemetery managed by the council in East Finchley.
