What a dipsy decade for kids

THE Teletubbies popped up in Westminster this week on a sightseeing trip around some of the capital’s most famous landmarks.
The children’s television favourites saw the London Eye and Tower Bridge to celebrate 10 years in the business.
Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po enjoyed their step out of Tellytubby land.
They said: “Eh, oh!”
