Threat of ‘Orwellian Europa’

• LET us be in no doubt: we are at a pivotal point in our nation’s history.
The behaviour of this Prime Minister over the EU Treaty should, perhaps, come as no surprise since it is but the latest example of double-dealing, deceit and want of truth to have stained the stealthy progress of the long-term political plan that has culminated in this European Union since we, as a trading nation, were deluded into believing in the logical innocence of a “Common Market”.
But with the realisation comes the responsibility to act. Were it not so, we might still be subjects of the absurd Divine Right of Kings!
Instead, we are faced with a political entity that seeks its own army, police force, foreign minister and UN representation under its own banner.
Did we really sacrifice so much to become an offshore province of the political fiefdom of some Orwellian “Europa” in which the opinions and wishes of its people are treated with such derision and contempt?
