Shop fined
A SHOP caught selling alcohol to a 14-year-old girl has been fined £1,000. Husseyin Kocakol, owner of Quality Food and Wine in Harrow Road, pleaded guilty at the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court and was also ordered to pay Westminster council’s court costs.
