Abortions ‘hypocrisy’
• A BUNCH of guys decide not to sleep with women. Not to have babies. Not to get married. Not to have families themselves.
They then preach to the rest of us how important marriage is. How birth control is wrong. How abortion is wrong. How important the family is. Who questions this illogical Catholic nonsense?
If a Martian came to this planet and saw a bunch of men dressed in 1st century Roman garb, preaching a belief in a sky god for which they have not a scintilla of proof, growing rich and fat in the process, would he not think the human beings who were taken in by such charlatans were being conned?
Bad enough the world has to experience Islamic fundamentalism against women. Catholic fundamentalism against women (Archbishop orders crackdown on abortions, January 11) coming from a guy who does not want to sleep with a woman, and does not himself want to have a family is nauseating hypocrisy and intellectual nonsense.
