West End Extra - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published: 22 February 2008
Home truths
• THE mayor boasts that he built more homes in London last year than any year since 1977. However, he looks to fail housing targets set for 2016 by 38,000 homes. The mayor might be pleased with his record but Londoners should not be.
Liberal Democrats propose that the mayor should spend less time shouting about his lukewarm achievements and more time figuring out a way to resolve London’s impending housing crisis.
Dee Doocey, AM
Housing Spokesperson for the London Assembly Liberal Democrats
