West End Extra - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published: 25 April 2008
Decide, then consult
•“NOW we have made the decision we will start the consultation.”
All you people in “management” who believe this does not apply to you see the Head in his study after your final “management meeting” of the day and he will set you 1,000 lines. You can choose:
Line 1. Management must not tell lies, or…
Line 2. Management, at all times, should tell the truth.
If any of this is too difficult to “take on board” then make an appointment to see Tony Blair in the confessional at Westminster Cathedral and he will help you to realise a “raft” of spiritual possibilities within a “management environment” that is “traditionally” economical with the truth, for example, the National Health Service.
