What happened to the end of clamping?

• CAN anyone remember that not long ago Westminster Council announced that clamping had been stopped?
Yet look at what they have done to this motorcycle, two weeks ago.
Once again, motorcyclists are being attacked in this horrible way because they can’t afford to pay for the newly introduced motorcycle parking tax by Westminster Council.
Fellow residents and motorcyclists, please be aware of this next time you are going to vote!
If any of you think it unjust that Westminster Council is making a small fortune at the expense of moped and scooter riders,please take a look at the campaign website www.notobikeparkingfees.com and support the campaign against this happening.
