• FOR three and a half years Camden have certainly given bus passengers and road users plenty of opportunity to watch the West End Lane (High) Street.
Fiendishly ingenious schemes to tear up roads to repair bridge work or lay new water pipes, have brought delays. A fine example of vicious planning, apparently.
