Quintin Kynaston School students on their visit to No 10 Downing Street |
Pupils quiz cops on trip to No 10
PUPILS from Quintin Kynaston School in St John’s Wood couldn’t resist a quick photo opportunity outside No 10 Downing Street.
The youngsters didn’t actually meet the Prime Minister, but they did manage to quiz some of the top dogs at New Scotland Yard, as part of the school trip to help build relations with the police.
The 13-year-olds were given exclusive access to the Mounted Police Division and even went on the Thames to see how the Marine Support Unit tackles crime. The trip was organised by the environmental charity Groundwork London, as part of their work to bring communities together. |
