Hallowe’en cats and more

• TOMORROW, Saturday October 31, the Mayhew Animal Home is hosting a Halloween Special and would invites West End Extra readers to visit for a tour and enjoy some fun and games.
We will also be raising awareness of our black cats on this very special themed day at the home as rescue centres across the UK face the same problem with black and black and white cats; they become the “longest stayers” on the cattery as adopters are often seeking a unique-looking animal. However we say it is personality that counts!
The home will be decked out with a Halloween theme, there will be some games and activities and you will be given a guided tour by your own personal witch! Tours at: 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
We welcome adoption inquiries for any of our residents!
