They’re really bad sports
THE news that Conservative-controlled Westminster City Council has been ranked as the worst in London for providing children’s after-school services should surprise no one.
This comes just a month after Westminster finished last in the London Youth Games.
Just over a third of pupils in Westminster attend schools offering the full range of services, which include after-hours clubs and extra-curricular activities. > more |
